Description of the Club:
The Southwest Photo Club was founded in 2006 as an educational community photo club located in Littleton, Colorado. We have monthly meetings and/or events that feature highly-regarded local photographers who present on specific topics of interest based upon our member’s requests. We meet at 6:30 pm on the 2nd Thursday of each month (currently via Zoom).
We encourage our members to share their photos, not for competition, but to help each other learn and grow as photographers. Each month there is a photo assignment intended to challenge our members to take images of a specific subject, or topic, to stretch their photographic talents. These are then presented at our monthly meetings.
Club Location:
Currently Zoom. When we are able to meet live in the future it will be in the lower level of the Abiding Hope Lutheran Church at 6337 South Robb Way, Littleton, Colorado. Currently no ETA for live meetings so check Meetup for Zoom log-in information.
