Took this photo on a trip through Palouse country this last fall. I wanted to emphasize the size of the turbines and give a feeling of the power in the wind.
I didn’t realize there were so many windmills in the Palouse! Nice colors and the shadows really show off the rolling hills nicely.

Hi Richard. The colors and composition are wonderful. I enjoy the lines of terrain and the arrangement of the windmills. Only after looking this a bit do I see the farm with cottonwood that are probably 80 feet tall. Then the scale of things is driven home. Well done. Just a mini-niggle but I wanted to bring down the slope on the left edge a little.
Thanks Dick. If you mean the dark slope at the upper left and adding more sky, there wasn’t any thing interesting up there to add.
Oh … I meant the slope below the base of the left windmill.
I am afraid I don’t know what you mean by “bring down the slope”??
